FAQ + Shipping Info

9Barks partners with American & Global jewelry and apparel merchants in order to provide you with the best prices and a unique global shopping experience.

This means that your order is shipped from global areas such as USA, Thailand, Tibet, China, India, etc. Our global suppliers can always provide tracking numbers for United States, Canada, United Kingdom and Australia.

Because we shipped directly from our partners in these countries, your order may take 3-5 weeks to arrive. Please do not panic if it does not show up immediately, it's on its way!

  • How much is shipping?
    • This depends on the product ordered, the total weight, and where we're shipping to. 
  • How long is order processing for t-shirt, hoodies & tank top?
    • Domestic Orders at USA

      We use UPS Mail Innovations. The package is delivered to your door by USPS. You will get your packages in an average of 5 days. 

      International Orders outside USA

      We use Asendia USA. Asendia uses a service called International Priority Airmail (“IPA”). IPA travels by air then as priority in-country. The average transit time is 9-13 Days and this service is available throughout the world. 

  • What is the shop currency?
    • Our shop currency is in USD.
  • How long is order processing for jewelry and accessories?
    • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. That means it will take 1-3 business days to get your item out the door.
  • How long does it take for an order to arrive?
    • This depends on the product ordered and where we are sending it to.
    • USA orders take 3-5 weeks. International order may take up to up 8 weeks. If you cannot wait that long, please do not order.

  • Can I have a tracking number?
    • Orders placed within the United States will receive a USPS tracking number.
    • International orders WILL NOT receive a tracking number. Please do not worry, your item will still arrive!
    • I ordered 2+ items, but only received one... where's my order?
      • We have a large assortment of products not stocked in house, when you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately so they get to you faster. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they are on the way :)
    • What is your refund policy?
      • Please note, we DO NOT issue refunds. 
      • If your item does not arrive in the specified time, we will resend your order.
      • If your item arrives damaged for whatever reason, we will resend you a new product.
      • If you receive the wrong item (whoops, we're only human), we will send you out the correct item!
